AFO Social Projects

Initiatives that transform lives and strengthen communities.

Soccer
English Class

Since 2024 we have been offering English classes for children from communities in Guapimirim.

The goal is to prevent children from being on the streets by providing them with the opportunity to be in a safe place where they can learn another language, boosting their future quality. They also receive breakfast for the morning group and snacks for the afternoon group. They receive discipleship and, of course, have fun, with soccer, swimming, and games.

Learn how to volunteer

This project began during a prayer walk. We found a square full of children. We prayed that in 2023 God would start a project for the children of the Parada Ideal neighborhood in Guapimirim.

In 2024, we met a couple who were starting a soccer school in Águias Ideal. We worked in partnership with them, but at the end of 2024, they would no longer be able to continue with soccer, and their activities would cease.

The vision continues

We are looking to train new coaches and start a new football academy called King's Players in 2026. Learn how to volunteer.

ORAR , IR E OFERTAR

God's Word tells us in Acts 20:35 that it is better to give than to receive and shows us the importance of helping those in need and always remembering what Jesus said. This means that the more you bless, the more blessed you will be.

In light of this verse, I invite you to pray and ask God how you can be part of the mission.

PRAY

When you pray, you help us in the spiritual battles that God places before us to overcome and learn from Him .

GO

When you come volunteer, we can physically share in the care and responsibilities of the lives God has placed in our care.

OFFER

When you invest financially, we're able to do things that would be much more difficult for us to do alone. Food, transportation, teaching materials, infrastructure... many things depend on each person's willingness to give.

Invest in a child, invest in the future of the Netions
